Multifunctional Hot Wire TIG Cladding System

Our automatic surface welding system for the inner walls of valves adopts hot-wire TIG surface welding technology, using welding wire with a diameter of 0.1 to 0.2 mm. This surface welding system can automatically arrange weld passes by incrementally increasing the space for each weld pass after completing the surface welding of one circle along the inner walls of the valves.
